...I am a piler not a filer and once its away, its gone and lost as far as I am concerned. I am a visual index person and I know where things are by where they were placed physically and visually. This has worked great for me for almost 35 years but it does have some drawbacks, the biggest is that no one can move the piles.
I participated in your presentation and in that 10 minute section that structured "piles" into a resource pile and then a series of piles based on a place in the sales process, actually any structured business was great. The light bulb went on for me. You showed me how to make order that works. Where were you 30 years ago?
I can still hold on to my system and be able to my hand on what I need three or four times faster. It was a very real Eureka moment.
